Studio1.1 will for the third year running guarantee a four-week solo show to one artist.
This open submission will be decided entirely by random.
Selection: There is a strict limit of 500 entries. There will be no judging of entries, there will be no limit upon the type or size of work (entrants are encouraged to be as ambitious as possible). The reference number of each entry will be the serial number of a limited-edition print by David Ben White (New Contemporaries 2011). 1 print purchased at £10 = 1 entry.
To coincide with Frieze and the Art Fair season the winning ticket will be drawn in public in the gallery on the Sunday of that weekend, 17th October 2011.
The solo show will run for four weeks as part of the studio1.1's 2012 programme.
100 per cent of the funds raised will go towards the gallery's running costs.
There is no restriction on the number of prints an individual may purchase.
